Who we are

Inter-Mission Industrial Development Association is a reputed organisation offering job oriented accredited short term and long term Diploma, Advance Diploma, Certificate programmes. IIDA has been in this field since 1974 and has rich experience in training thousands of men and women irrespective of caste, creed and religion, enabling them to get employment in reputed concerns.

Our Mission

Empowerment of the underprivileged through life skills training to make them valuable citizens of this country, thus contributing to the overall development of this nation. IIDA works hard to include the excluded and to give the best to the least. IIDA’s training aims at the empowerment of the underprivileged, the rural poor, the urban poor, the tribal poor and disadvantaged women through appropriate employable skills training. IIDA’s goal is to impart skills, knowledge and a positive attitude.

Students’ Personality Transformation

Through personality development programs (life coping skills) and through effective training in communication skills and English thousands of students’ lives have been transformed. They are well prepared for employment, and industry offers them excellent job opportunities with good payments. As there is a big demand for skilled workers in the country, skills training has a bright future in the developing Indian scenario.

How does it work?

Over the years IIDA has developed affiliations with Directorate of Technical Education, Slum Clearance Board, Tamil Nadu Open University etc. In August 2020 IIDA received the Approval as Training Partner of National Skill Development Corporation under the “Skill India” program, which operates under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Through IIDA you now have access to become an approved “Training Centre of NSDC” for fee based non funded short term and long-term programmes. This means that you can become a change agent in the lives of the underprivileged in your area. NSDC offers many programmes under 38 Sector Skill Councils of which IIDA is authorised to offer courses under the following Sector Skill Councils

FRANCHISING WITH IIDA

IIDA offers to like-minded organisations 3 ways of franchising


1. Becoming a Training Centre under NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation, Govt initiative, New Delhi). IIDA will support the organisation with guidance in start-ups, fulfilling Govt requirements, providing syllabi, prescribing examinations and giving certificates. 2. Training centres under various other Govt or private schemes for which IIDA will give guidance for initial start-ups as well as joining a forum of franchise partners for mutual exchange and improvements


3. IIDA Institutional Franchise offers a wide-ranging cooperation in guidance of start-ups, supplying syllabi, examination papers and certification.


How to enrol in any of the 3 types of franchises:


Select the type of franchise


1. Study the MoU for franchise (iida-india.org/franchise…..)
2. Fill the Application form with your details
3. Wait for response from IIDA. Generally, a personal visit or a phone conversation will help selecting the right kind of franchise, types of courses and, if need be, guidance for start-ups.
4. Fill the MoU and get it signed by a senior official of your organization. You will receive the countersigned MoU from IIDA.
5. Pay the application fee and begin the process of cooperation through the franchise
